Are you an experienced Kitchen Lead, Dietary Supervisor, Food Service Manager, or Lead Cook looking for an opportunity where your work matters beyond the kitchen?

We're looking for a Culinary Team Lead who can confidently guide a team, oversee daily dining operations, and take pride in delivering quality food and exceptional service.
What You'll Bring to the Kitchen

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll:

• Lead assigned shifts and help keep kitchen operations running efficiently.
• Prepare, cook, portion, and serve meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Train, guide, and support dining services team members.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
• Lead shift huddles and communicate daily priorities.
• Help manage inventory, deliveries, stocking, and food supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment.
• Support a positive team culture while responding professionally to client and staff needs.

Position Details

Location: 6226 University Park Drive, Radford, VA

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/hour, based on education and experience
