We deliver high-level dental care directly to patients in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing communities, and private residences throughout Florida. What You Will Own Mobile operatory setup and breakdown Chairside support across multiple clinical procedures Sterilization, infection control, and equipment readiness Efficient clinical flow and same-day treatment support Complete, accurate, and timely documentation Patient comfort and post-treatment education Supply and inventory accountability Professional communication with patients, families, facilities, and teammates Protecting production, schedule integrity, and the patient experience Representing the Tooth Fairy brand with professionalism and polish Who Will Thrive Here You may be our next high performer if you: Have at least one year of hands-on dental-assisting experience Hold applicable Florida dental-assisting certifications or credentials Are highly punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Anticipate clinical needs before being asked Take ownership instead of waiting for direction Remain calm, resourceful, and solutions-focused when plans change Communicate confidently with doctors, patients, families, and facility leaders Welcome coaching, accountability, and measurable performance expectations Want your income and advancement connected to your contribution Are motivated by meaningful work and significant growth Mobile or geriatric dental experience is valuable, but mindset, execution, and alignment matter most. The doctor is supported proactively. Same-day treatment is executed efficiently whenever clinically appropriate. Patients and families feel informed, valued, and cared for. Compensation Base pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience, credentials, capability, and execution readiness. Performance opportunity: $10,000–$35,000+ annually for measurable contribution. Your First 90 Days You will be expected to: Master our mobile setup and breakdown protocols Demonstrate command of sterilization and infection control Independently maintain equipment, supplies, and clinical readiness Support efficient production and same-day treatment Deliver a consistently elevated patient experience Complete documentation accurately and on time Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and leadership potential Our previous Dental Assistant hire earned increased compensation and leadership-development opportunities in fewer than 90 days.
