Lead Solar Installer Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience throughout the installation process. Collaborate with a team to install solar panels on residential and commercial properties. Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times. Accurately read and interpret solar plans. Proficiently run PVC pipes and handle electrical wiring of solar arrays/systems (AC and DC). Work comfortably on rooftops with various angles and surfaces. Layout and assemble solar modules/arrays, mounting hardware, and electrical equipment. Communicate job status to management to ensure successful project completion. Install, inspect, maintain, and repair solar panel systems. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of roofing experience. Minimum of 1 year of solar installation experience for residential properties. Clean and professional appearance. Strong organizational and communication skills. Pride in personal work and commitment to quality control. Professional attitude and demeanor. Ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and crawl in attics. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Possession of basic trade tools and hand tools.
