Contract | Night Shift | 36 or 48 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or an assigned patient group in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
• Support and participate in an Epic EMR conversion and ongoing Epic-based charting workflows

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Proficient experience with both Epic and Cerner EMR systems within the last 5 years
• Each position in work history must clearly identify the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems were used in a single role, dates clarifying usage of each system must be provided
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as a direct employee at a previous organization
• No time-off requests (RTO) permitted; the listed start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
