Founding Recruiter: Equity, Tech Sourcing & Growth (Hybrid)
Day One Partners
Day One Partners in West Los Angeles is seeking a high-velocity recruiter who will be immediately responsible for sourcing, screening and closing candidates for our clients, including startups, growth companies and VCs. This role is anchored in tech recruiting with strong emphasis on end-to-end candidate management, client relationships and strategic BD. We offer hybrid remote work and a compensation package featuring a base salary with draw commission starting at 50%, plus opportunities for #J-18808-Ljbffr Day One Partners
