Job Description
Valencia Dental Center is a well-established and respected dental practice located in the heart of San Francisco. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate dental care to patients of all ages. Our friendly and fun-loving team values collaboration and strives to create a positive and supportive work environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working with a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including but not limited to: oral prophylaxis, periodontal debridement, fluoride treatments, sealants
Take x-rays and identify areas of focus for dentists.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of California
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix
Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Jobley Bonus: $180 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
- Work Hours: Tuesday- Friday: 7:45 AM - 5 PM; Closed; Weekends
- Breaks: 60-minute meal break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: No weekend shifts required.
- Holiday Shifts: We are closed for Holidays and do offer Holiday pay for select days
