Clinical Scope Patient types: pediatrics to adults; pediatric neuro; adult neuro; trauma; vascular; surgical oncology (Whipple); general; urology; GYN; thoracic; robotics; ENT; ortho; ortho trauma; podiatry; dental; plastics; breasts. For OR North only: Ortho, GYN, general, breasts, plastics, ENT, dental, spinal cord stimulator, DaVinci XI/DV5 CVOR cases performed here, but not required to work that area. Clinical Experience and Skills At least 2 years of OR experience. Must have experience with robotics, neuro, and trauma. IV starts and scrub experience preferred. Experience with ortho/trauma, neuro (spinal fusions, craniotomies) required for CSTs. Neuro and robotics are a MUST for RNs and Surg Techs. Charge nurse does not take an assignment. RNs must have BLS, ACLS; preferred CNOR, PALSCST. STs must have BLS, NCCT OR CST. Required certifications: for RNs BLS, ACLS; for STs BLS, NCCT OR CST. Technology/Equipment EMR: Meditech (preferred) Medication dispensing: Pyxis Davinci XI experience required Floating between Main OR and OR North allowed. Schedule Weekend rotation: call only, see below. One weekend per month, Saturday and Sunday 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00. One overnight call shift per week; 30‑minute response time (no sleep rooms). Holiday expectations: could be on call for holidays. Orientation up to 1 week; schedule cycle 1 month at a time. Compensation and Benefits Pay package based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Parking: free.
