Help

  • Perform building maintenance repairs (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling, painting, etc.) and minor construction activities.
  • Identify and perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance.
  • Apply fertilizer, herbicides, and pesticides.
  • Read, and apply specific instructions, work orders, specific installation instructions, schematic drawings or blueprints.
  • Use of hand tools and variety of test equipment.
