ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2002 and is a close-knit team of four who work together to serve our customers and community. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years with State Farm working in the compliance and fraud unit and held management roles, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and the insurance industry.

Im also a licensed attorney and attended law school at the University of Tulsa. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my family - many of whom are also involved in the business.

For our team, we offer 20 days of PTO, all major holidays off, early office closure at noon on Fridays, a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing paid up front.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Vanderveen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
