Full-Time Commercial Cleaning Supervisor

Hours: 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Paid Training

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Full-Time Supervisor to join our commercial cleaning team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable leading and supporting employees at multiple locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Travel to and oversee multiple cleaning locations

• Supervise and support cleaning staff

• Ensure cleaning is completed efficiently, thoroughly, and on schedule

• Perform quality checks and address areas needing improvement

• Provide employees with constructive feedback and coaching in a professional and respectful manner

• Help train new and existing employees

• Step in and assist with cleaning when needed

• Communicate with management regarding staffing, quality, and location needs

• Help ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met

• Is dependable, punctual, and organized

• Can manage their time effectively while traveling between locations

• Works efficiently and pays close attention to detail

• Is comfortable supervising and directing employees

• Can provide constructive criticism while maintaining a positive work environment

• Is willing to be hands-on and work alongside the team when necessary

• Has reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple locations

This is a full-time evening position with an established commercial cleaning company. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can help keep our teams organized, productive, and performing at a high standard.
