Project Engineer-Heavy Civil Construction

IOC Company a dynamic road and highway construction company is seeking a Project Engineer for our Rio Grande Valley Operation Responsibilities Assist in the planning, estimating, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects Coordinate all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications On‑Site Project Management Project Coordination & Project Controls Construction Billings, Cost tracking for sequential costing to include Job Cost Analysis Project Schedule Adherence; developing, managing & enforcing construction schedule Maintaining records and logs Communicating with vendors, subcontractors, and owners Completing RFQ and bid packages Developing and following a two‑week look‑ahead schedule Participating in subcontractor and owner meetings Preparation and delivery of close‑out and owner’s manuals Requirements Must have a 4‑year degree, or 5 years of related field experience preferred Poses a valid driver’s license Ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a fast‑pace environment Able to work beyond normal business hours when needed, including weekends Superior communication and organizational development skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and manage cross‑functional teams Experience with MS Office, Primavera Scheduling P6 and HCSS Heavy Job (preferred), triple business center, Trimble survey equipment, machine control, propeller‑a PLUS Bilingual (English / Spanish) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and/or which is effective 1st of the month following 60 days of hire date. 401K Paid Time Off IOC Company LLC.
