Position Title: Date Entry Specialist Pay Rate: $18.31/hour on W-2, paid weekly Location: 6000 FELDWOOD RD., College Park, GA 30349-3652 Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 32 hours per week Work Arrangement: Onsite, 4 days per week Training: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM for 2 weeks Holiday Schedule: The business operates on holidays. Work Schedule:

• Tuesday: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Wednesday: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Thursday: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• Friday: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM

Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering information from images or original documents according to customer instructions. All keyed data must meet strict accuracy standards and pass required system edits.

Key Responsibilities

• Use the full keyboard and numeric keypad to enter information accurately.
• Enter data according to customer instructions and system prompts.
• Identify and acknowledge out-of-balance transactions.
• Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
• Report computer system issues promptly.
• Identify and address processor and remitter errors.
• Maintain required productivity and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong computer literacy and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to handle high volumes of work while meeting production standards.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to recognize unusual situations.
• Adaptability to automated systems and changing procedures.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic understanding of data processing concepts and procedures.
• General understanding of lockbox operations.
