You’re a great fit if this sounds like you … 5+ years of instructional design or corporate training experience Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Experience designing eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning programs Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams in a remote environment Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment You’re proud of your work and can share examples of instructional design projects such as eLearning, storyboards, or facilitator guides Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll do... Design engaging learning solutions, primarily eLearning, as well as virtual and in-person instructor-led training and blended programs Translate business goals and SME input into clear learning objectives and effective learning strategies Develop storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and learner materials Create interactive activities, scenarios, and assessments that reinforce learning Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with business goals and performance outcomes Collaborate with designers, developers, SMEs, and project managers to bring programs to life Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback, data, and learner performance Bonus Experience (not required) Automotive retail or customer experience training experience Experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or similar platforms Familiarity with performance support tools and learning measurement strategies Candidates should be prepared to share 2-3 examples of instructional design work , such as storyboards, eLearning modules, learning journeys, or facilitator guides. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Apex Agency
