What You’ll DoAs a Shift Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily shifts and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Supporting and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring proper food preparation standards.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Upholding Jack Cawthon's Bar-B-Que's high standards of quality and service.
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a leadership role and has the skills to inspire a team. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the food service industry.
- Availability : Must be able to work weekends.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for long periods of time in a dynamic environment.
- Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attitude : A positive, can-do mindset with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
