What You'll Do

As a Location Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations while driving sales, developing your team, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

• Lead and manage all aspects of location operations
• Drive sales growth and profitability
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Create a strong team culture focused on accountability and performance
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain high levels of customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Oversee inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance
• Manage administrative responsibilities, reporting, and revenue tracking
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement company strategies
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to engage with the local community and build relationships
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment when needed
• Flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays and extended hours
