Requirements Must be a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist Must be flexible, reliable and an enthusiastic leader Prior supervisory and SNF experience a plus! Director Of Rehab Duties Include Efficiently coordinating rehab services in providing patient care under Medicare, Managed Care, traditional and all other forms of reimbursement requirements. Insure outcome goals are met for each patient in an organized and cost-effective manner. Facilitate efficient communication between rehab and other team members within the facility.
