Assistant Manager Job Functions Include:

Managing daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant performance
Monitoring staffing levels; recruiting, interviewing, and providing hiring recommendations
Training, developing, mentoring, and evaluating employee performance; ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
Regularly recognizing and rewarding employees for their work
Interacting with guests and the community; responding to guest questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest recovery

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 27 years in business this year, based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us one of the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. In September of 2021, a Master Development Agreement was signed to bring 17 (11 Currently) Dave's to Wisconsin over the next 5 years thus ushering in a new chapter of exciting growth for Roaring Fork Restaurant Group!

The purpose at Dave's Hot Chicken is to " serve mind-blowing Hot Chicken to the world, turn Guests into Fans, and create opportunities for our Teams and Partners everywhere ".
