About the Role
The Pool/Bahia Food Runner is responsible for ensuring that our guests receive their food in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. You will work closely with our kitchen and wait staff to deliver a smooth and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests' tables accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that food is presented beautifully, following the restaurant's plating standards.
- Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Anticipate guests' needs and assist with special requests as necessary.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
Experience Required
