About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to spearhead its financial strategy and operations during a pivotal phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic financial planning, including long-range forecasts and integrated SaaS modeling, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to align resources with company priorities. This role demands a leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, capable of owning the budgeting and operating plan, and presenting financial recommendations to the Board. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in developing the company's investor narrative, overseeing financial reporting and analytics, and ensuring financial governance. A key aspect of the role is to lead cash and treasury management, guide audit, tax, and compliance strategy, and architect and implement financial systems and infrastructure in line with the company's scale and automation needs. Candidates for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a proven track record in strategic FP&A leadership within a B2B SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of accounting principles, including ASC 606, GAAP, and audit processes. The role requires hands-on SaaS modeling capability, experience in building and leading finance teams, and a successful history of implementing finance systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be adept at cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product, GTM, and people teams, and will have a resilience mindset with a player-coach orientation. Familiarity with marketplace models, M&A integration experience, and expertise in SaaS DSO, cash flow optimization, or treasury management are also essential.
