Their platform already powers thousands of companies and orchestrates massive-scale compute workloads with exceptional performance and efficiency.

Now, they are expanding into entirely new AI-native product categories focused on agentic software development infrastructure.

This is a rare opportunity to define technical direction for 0→1 developer products inside one of the fastest-scaling infrastructure companies in the market.
What You Will Do

Own architectural direction for entirely new product lines

Lead 0→1 product engineering initiatives

Translate product strategy into long-term technical execution

Design and build AI-native developer tooling

Solve ambiguous, high-complexity product engineering challenges

Drive technical standards across product engineering

Own reliability, performance, and production outcomes

Set engineering direction at the organizational level

Build scalable systems for agentic development infrastructure

Partner closely with product and leadership on technical roadmap decisions

Mentor senior engineers through hands-on collaboration

Raise engineering quality across architecture and execution

Operate as a force multiplier across engineering teams

Ship production systems hands-on
Ideal Candidate Background

8+ years of software engineering experience

Staff-level product engineering experience

Strong product architecture ownership

Track record building products customers love

0→1 product development experience

Strong frontend / product systems engineering expertise

Deep TypeScript / React proficiency

Experience translating business goals into technical roadmaps

Hands-on technical leadership

Strong product intuition

Experience influencing engineering direction as an IC
