Role Description The Personal Lines Account Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Victor, NY. In this role, the team member will manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and other personal insurance policies, by quoting, binding, and servicing coverage for new and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, processing policy changes, providing coverage recommendations, and assisting clients with claims and billing questions. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, working with multiple carriers to secure appropriate coverage and pricing, and supporting agency growth through high-quality customer service and retention efforts. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain coverage options clearly and professionally. Experience with personal lines insurance (auto, home, renters, etc.) and familiarity with multiple carrier products and underwriting guidelines. Proficiency with insurance management systems, online quoting tools, and general computer applications (e.g., email, CRM, and office software). Detail-oriented approach to policy documentation, billing, and claims support, with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment while handling a steady volume of client interactions and tasks. Prior agency or insurance industry experience preferred; New York Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one is highly beneficial.
