Job Description
Stepdown RN position working 3x12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour weekly guarantee. Role involves caring for patients requiring close monitoring who are transitioning from ICU or managing complex medical conditions that do not require intensive care. RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced stepdown/progressive care environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and safety.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Stepdown, Progressive Care, or related acute care experience required. Active BLS and ACLS certifications required at time of submission. Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility; applicants between 50-100 miles may be considered. All licenses and certifications must be active and in good standing.
