Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

26/27 SY | $43-$47/hour | Full-Time | South Holland, IL | School-Based | Hiring New Grad Clinical Fellows About the Role Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes. Why Join Us CEU/license reimbursement and tuition assistance Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Paid sick leave Ongoing professional development opportunities Build your career while making a real impact on children's lives Earn up to 12 FREE CEU's per year Receivededicated mentorship and trainingtailored to new grads Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable) Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check. Must be eligible to work in the US. Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Speech Language Pathologist Physical Demands Environment: Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes. Activity: Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations. Sensory: Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.
