Through the use of various types of equipment, you will help unload and load vehicles and trailers with scrap metal. Safety First: We're focused on safety. Lead by example and help us maintain our impeccable record. What You'll Do: Master the Yard: From forklifts to material handlers, you'll operate it all. And you'll help others become master alike. Captain of Organization: Keeping our yard shipshape is your mission. Your knack for efficiency will shine as you optimize our material storage systems. Customer Champion: A friendly attitude is your secret weapon. You'll assist customers, work to meet their needs, and leave them smiling. Inspection Machine: You will inspect your equipment before every use to unsure the equipment is running optimally. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. 1-2 years of heavy equipment operating experience such as front-end loaders, excavators, etc. A passion for staying organized and getting things done. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical strength to handle up to 50 pounds and perform various tasks. Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Saturday and Sunday off for a work-life balance. Benefits that Go the Extra Mile: PTO accrual from day one.
