Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology
Location: New York, NY 10019
Contract: (13-week contract, possible extension)
Schedule: 9AM - 7PM | 4 days/week (40 hours)
Pay Range:
- Local Pay : $70/ Hour on W2
- Travel Pay: Pay Package
Pay Rate on W2 (Hourly) Taxable: $30
Pay Rate on W2 (Weekly) Taxable: $1200.00
Hours: 40.00
Stipend Hourly (Non-Taxable): $50
Stipend Weekly (Non-Taxable): $2000.00
Gross Hourly Pay: $80
Gross Weekly Pay: $3,200
Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity in New York City
Required Qualifications:
- Active New York State RN License
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) – Required
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
- Critical Care experience
- Pediatric (PEDS) experience
- Experience with sterile procedures
- Moderate sedation experience
- Pre- and post-operative documentation experience
- EPIC EMR experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for Interventional Radiology patients
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Administer medications and moderate sedation as required
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Follow all patient safety and infection control protocols
Experience:
- Interventional radiology: 2 years (Required)
- Critical care: 2 years (Required)
- Pediatrics: 2 years (Required)
- Sterile processing: 2 years (Required)
- MODERATE SEDATION: 2 years (Required)
- Pre and post-op DOCUMENTATION: 2 years (Required)
