Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level or senior associate to join their Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits team in Boston. The role focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, requiring substantial experience in this area. Duties Work on executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions. Draft and negotiate executive employment agreements and equity incentive plans. Handle matters related to Section280G and Section409A. Requirements Substantial experience with Mergers and Acquisitions. Proficiency in Section280G and Section409A. Experience in drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Massachusetts. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
