Project Leader

Solventum, a healthcare company, is seeking a Project Lead to oversee small to medium scale projects with limited business impact. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating project activities to meet client quality expectations in a timely and cost‑effective manner. Responsibilities Lead project teams to successful completion of projects. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities and management of the implementation process. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations. Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing assigned duties. Onboarding & Travel New hires will be required to attend on‑site onboarding at a designated company location. The company will arrange and pay for travel and related expenses for employees commencing work on or after October 1, 2025. Compensation & Benefits U.S. applicants: $107,600 – $147,950 per annum (base pay plus eligible variable incentive). Benefits may include medical, dental & vision, HSA, HCFSA, disability coverage, life insurance, voluntary benefits, paid absences, and retirement plans. Location & Travel Work location is restricted to incorporated areas; candidates will not be expected to work in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.
