Our organization stands as one of the largest independent, physician-led multi-specialty groups in New York State. We are on the lookout for entrepreneurial physicians eager to create, develop, or expand their practices.

Position Overview

We are currently in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to become part of our well-established department, which includes two full-time physicians and three physician assistants.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Partnership Opportunity: Accelerated track to partnership in private practice
  • Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $325,000 annually
  • Hospital Call: 1 in 13 weeks, with additional compensation (limited to one hospital)
  • Audiological Services: Available on-site
  • Office Facilities: Fully equipped with video strobes
  • Procedure Capability: Offices designed to accommodate various in-office procedures
  • Support Staff: Fully trained team knowledgeable in ENT practices
  • Technology: Utilization of Epic Electronic Medical Records
