What You’ll Do As a Food Runner at The Crab Pad, you’ll be the heartbeat of our dining room, making sure every guest gets their meal quickly and with a side of quality. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Deliver : Get orders to the correct seat numbers quickly and accurately. Timing is everything! Quality Check : Be the final checkpoint to ensure every bag or plate meets our high standards before it leaves the kitchen. Communicate : Serve as the vital link between the kitchen and servers, keeping everything flowing smoothly. Support : Help with pre-busing tables and keeping the expo station stocked and organized. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with the skills and stamina to keep up with our fast-paced environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Experience : 1–3 years in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Speed & Stamina : The ability to stay on your feet and carry heavy seafood trays (up to 50 lbs) with ease. Vibe : A “sense of urgency” attitude paired with a team-player mindset.
