Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical unit
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement physician orders
• Monitor patient status and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as needed
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes and care instructions
• Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work both independently and collaboratively
