The Role

We're seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business, build relationships with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients, and drive revenue growth across our painting and roofing divisions. This is a remote/field-based role — you'll be out in the Phoenix Metro market building our pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial painting and roofing
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, GCs, HOAs, and commercial decision-makers
• Represent Envision at industry events, networking functions, and site visits throughout the Phoenix Metro area
• Manage a pipeline of leads from first contact through contract signing
• Collaborate with project management and estimating teams to ensure smooth handoffs
• Track and report on business development activity and results

What We're Looking For

• Proven business development or outside sales experience, ideally in construction, roofing, painting, or a related trade
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a field-based role
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience
• Commission structure on new business generated
• Vehicle and fuel support may be provided based on role requirements and travel demands
• Outstanding Company Culture reporting directly to ownership

Location

This role covers the Greater Phoenix Metro area. Field-based with regular travel to job sites, client meetings, and networking events.
