Location: Winchester, VA

Pay: $22-$26 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to support our dealership operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring vehicle title transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with state regulations

What You'll Do

Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and timely.
Maintain used vehicle title inventories for multiple dealerships.

Resolve title, lien, payoff, and registration discrepancies.

Track and maintain vehicle inventory spreadsheets.
Work closely with accounting, sales, and management teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Assist with dealership administrative and documentation processes.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

2+ years of automotive title clerk experience required
Experience processing vehicle titles, registrations, liens, and payoffs in a dealership environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking
Knowledge of dealership management systems such as CDK preferred
Experience with VITU or WV VRS is a plus
Accounting knowledge or dealership accounting experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple dealerships, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
