Director Of Nursing (Don) - Battle Creek, Mi

The Director Of Nursing (Don) Is Responsible For Leading And Supervising The Nursing Team While Ensuring A Safe, Therapeutic, And Compliant Clinical Environment. This Role Also Includes Direct Patient Care, Medication Oversight, And Coordination With Providers In A Residential Behavioral Health Setting.

• Lead, Hire, And Supervise Nursing Staff

• Oversee Medication Administration And Documentation

• Monitor Labs, Ekgs, And Communicate With Providers

• Coordinate Admissions, Discharges, And Appointments

• Manage Medical Supplies And Vendor Relationships

• Bachelor's Degree In Nursing

• Active Rn License In Michigan

• 5+ Years Of Nursing/Clinical Experience

• Mental Health Experience Strongly Preferred

• Current Cpr/First Aid/Aed Certification

• Valid Driver's License With A Clean Record

• Ability To Pass Background Checks And Clearances
