We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care. Working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, you will help ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care using a multidisciplinary team approach.
• Develop and update patient care plans based on changing patient conditions and clinical needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
• Perform nursing procedures within the assigned specialty area.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, treatments, and patient responses in the electronic medical record.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities while supervising assigned clinical staff.
• Promote patient safety and ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support efficient resource utilization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within three (3) months of hire for applicable departments (including Medical/Surgical and Telemetry).
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification within three (3) months of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within three (3) months of hire, as required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred.

Preferred

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN).
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills.
