Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience with school-based populations, especially secondary (middle to high school) students
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs and adapting interventions for students with severe speech, language, or communication challenges
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in middle and high school settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Deliver therapeutic services individually or in small groups, both in-person and virtually as needed
• Provide consultation and training for teachers and families regarding communication strategies and needs
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all district and state documentation requirements
