Role Summary — Overland Park

Field-based SMB B2B role across Overland Park. Run a crisp sales motion—discovery, value demo, proposal, and close —while keeping forecasts accurate and next steps clear. Drive early adoption and retention post-sale.

Your Day-to-Day

• Hold 8–12 quality meetings/week ; discovery → proposal → close; log outcomes same day

• Keep 3× pipeline coverage vs target; forecast hygiene and clear commit categories

• 30/60-day adoption playbooks; quarterly expansion reviews to lift account value

• Share 2–3 field insights weekly to improve offers and talk-tracks

What You Bring

• B2B sales success (tech/telecom a plus); stakeholder alignment and negotiation

• Process discipline, CRM hygiene, reliable follow-through

• Valid driver’s license + reliable car; smartphone; U.S. work authorization

Compensation & Structure

1099 commission-only with paid onboarding and bonuses. Typical OTE $62,000–$90,000+ based on performance and territory.
