I’m working with a top-tier, mission-driven insurance organization looking to hire a senior investment accounting leader to take full ownership of their investment accounting & cash strategy. This is a high-visibility, enterprise role — you’ll sit at the intersection of accounting, investments, and strategy, with real influence on decision-making. What you’ll own: End-to-end investment accounting + cash management STAT & GAAP reporting (accuracy, compliance, delivery) Oversight of outsourced providers Technical accounting leadership (insurance investments) Liquidity, forecasting, and investment strategy support Driving process improvements + strengthening controls Leading and building a high-performing team What they need: CPA Qualified 10+ years in investment accounting (insurance strongly preferred) Deep STAT & GAAP expertise Proven leadership experience Strong technical + strategic mindset Workday Experience Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) #J-18808-Ljbffr Next Ventures
