McKnight Place Extended Care is a premier skilled nursing community with over 30 years of excellence in senior living. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate Activity Assistant who wants to make a real difference in the lives of our residents every day.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and assist with group and individual resident activities.
• Conduct daily room visits with activity carts for one-on-one engagement.
• Encourage resident participation and build meaningful connections.
• Assist residents with mobility throughout the community including pushing wheelchairs.
• Maintain activity spaces and document resident participation.
• Occasionally care for facility animals as part of the activities program.

What We're Looking For:

• Warm, resident-focused personality with a reliable and adaptable work style.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role including walking, bending, and pushing wheelchairs.
• Previous experience in senior living or dementia care is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
