We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP,Product Owner – Performance & Compliance, Fund & Investor Solutions to join our Asset Owner team. This role is located in Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Set the product visionforperformance and attributioncapabilities, ensuringthat we continue to buildand deliver a market-leading capability to support our Asset Owner and Asset Manager clients.
• Lead a cross-functional pod comprised of partners across business, technology,andoperationsto execute on the product vision.
• Define target-state capabilities, workflows, and business processes to improve scalability, transparency,andefficiency.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support solution design and agile delivery.
• Drive execution across the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.
• Partner withclients andstakeholders to identify business needs, operational challenges, process gaps, dependencies, and risks, and incorporate those into deliverypriorities andplanning.
• Use data, metrics, and user feedback to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve product performance and user experience.
• Promote effective collaboration, transparency, and accountability across delivery teams and stakeholder groups.
• Provide leadership and subject matter guidance toclients andcolleagues. Contribute to broader strategic and transformation initiatives as needed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Deep subject matter knowledge in performance measurement, attribution, related processes and use cases in investment operations.
• 8+ years of overall experience is required
• Significant experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, platform delivery, or business transformation within financial services.
• Preferred experience in performance measurement and attribution at an asset manager or asset owner.
• Preferred experience working with business process design, operational workflows, controls, and data dependencies in a complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to define business requirements, manage competing priorities, and translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex processes and organizational structures.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments and leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.

• AI experience a plus.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
