We’re working with a well-established small animal hospital in Ridgecrest, CA that is seeking a Medical Director (DVM) to guide clinical operations and support a collaborative veterinary team. This role offers the opportunity to influence medical protocols, mentor team members, and maintain a hands-on approach to patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time leadership role

• Hospital hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Clinical Focus

• Small animal medicine (dogs and cats)

• Oversight of medical quality and clinical protocols

Ideal Candidate

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in California

• Experienced clinician with leadership or mentorship interest

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 – $180,000 (based on experience)
