Responsibilities Invoice Management: Create, review, and dispatch client invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Payment Reconciliation: Post, track, and reconcile incoming payments across multiple channels, including credit cards, wire transfers, and checks. Aging & AR Tracking: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and systematically track outstanding balances. Collections Coordination: Execute strategic, professional follow-up workflows with clients regarding past-due invoices via phone and email. Discrepancy Resolution: Meticulously investigate and resolve billing discrepancies while responding to client inquiries with exceptional service. Financial Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable status, aging metrics, and collection performance. Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date, organized, and properly documented client account records and transactional filing systems within the company database. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Accounts Receivable processes, in an international corporate or outsourcing setting. Mandatory U.S. Exposure: Proven experience directly supporting U.S.-based companies or executives. English Fluency: Advanced/Fluent English for professional verbal and written communication. Workplace Stability: A reliable professional background demonstrating commitment, with no more than 3 employers within the past 3 years. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Location: Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima. Preferred Qualifications Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in cloud accounting platforms (QuickBooks or Xero) and advanced mastery of MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
