Position Summary The Orthodontic Assistant will support the orthodontist in delivering excellent patient care while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for both children and adults. The ideal candidate is skilled, organized, and confident working in a fast-paced orthodontic setting. Having Front desk experience is a PLUS. Responsibilities * Assist the orthodontist with: * Fixed appliances and braces * Invisalign and clear aligner treatments * Manage orthodontic emergencies efficiently and calmly * Take high-quality digital scans and orthodontic records * Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization protocols * Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and appliance care * Communicate clearly and compassionately with children, teens, and adults * Maintain accurate and organized patient records * Support a smooth patient flow throughout the day * Assist with front desk duties as needed (a plus) Qualifications * Previous orthodontic assisting experience required * Experience with: * Fixed appliances and braces * Invisalign / aligner systems * Sterilization and infection control * Orthodontic emergencies * Digital scans and records * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment * Front desk experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Full-time position (part-time may be considered for the right candidate) * Supportive and friendly work environment * Opportunity for growth and long-term career development * Team-oriented culture that values learning and collaboration How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction.
