Position Summary The Orthodontic Assistant will support the orthodontist in delivering excellent patient care while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for both children and adults. The ideal candidate is skilled, organized, and confident working in a fast-paced orthodontic setting. Having Front desk experience is a PLUS. Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist with: Fixed appliances and braces Invisalign and clear aligner treatments Manage orthodontic emergencies efficiently and calmly Take high-quality digital scans and orthodontic records Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization protocols Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and appliance care Communicate clearly and compassionately with children, teens, and adults Maintain accurate and organized patient records Support a smooth patient flow throughout the day Assist with front desk duties as needed (a plus) Qualifications Previous orthodontic assisting experience required Experience with: Fixed appliances and braces Invisalign / aligner systems Sterilization and infection control Orthodontic emergencies Digital scans and records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment Front desk experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Full-time position (part-time may be considered for the right candidate) Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity for growth and long-term career development Team-oriented culture that values learning and collaboration How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction.
