A full-time Pharmacy Technician position is available at a retail HIV/AIDS specialty pharmacy in Las Vegas, NV. This role offers a 13-week contract to hire opportunity with a start date ASAP. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Process low volume prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry related to prescription orders and patient information
• Assist in the filling and dispensing of medications with attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate commitment to punctuality and attendance

Qualifications:

• Valid Nevada Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Experience working in a retail HIV/AIDS specialty pharmacy is highly preferred; candidates will be asked about their HIV/AIDS dispensing experience
• Familiarity with QS1 pharmacy software is a plus; please confirm experience during application
• Strong communication skills for patient and provider interaction
• Demonstrated reliability and professional attitude in the workplace
