Paraprofessional (School-Based) | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year
Are you an experienced Paraprofessional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join a school-based team for the 2026-2027 school year .
Position Details
- Start Date: August 2026
- End Date: June 2027
- Schedule: Full-Time, 32.5–37.5 hours per week
- Openings: Multiple positions available
- Student Population: K-12
- Caseload: Students with intensive needs
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to students in classroom and educational settings
- Assist teachers with implementing academic and behavioral goals
- Support students with intensive needs throughout the school day
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and school staff to promote student success
- Assist with classroom management and daily activities as needed
Qualifications
- Previous school-based Paraprofessional experience required
- Experience working with students with special needs or intensive support needs preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow educational and behavioral support plans
- Passion for helping students achieve academic and personal growth
