Production Inspector - 2nd Shift

Our client is looking for a Production Quality Inspector at an innovative manufacturing facility specializing in cutting-edge medical devices.POSITION OVERVIEW:This role involves performing various functions to ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently in assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical assemblies. The Production Inspector will be familiar with all line processes and procedures, capable of monitoring workers and assessing line efficiency.RESPONSIBILITIES:Evaluate inspecting equipment for safety and functionalityEnsure that manufactured products meet industry quality standardsInspect finished products for quality and compliance before releaseKeep detailed records of inspection performanceServe as a communication bridge between workers and managementFollow and contribute to inspection schedules for timely project executionConfirm that necessary work materials are availableMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, participating actively in safety programs and meetingsReport safety concerns to managementEngage in continuous improvement activities as part of a cross-functional teamUphold inspection area integrity by adhering to proper attire, quality practices, and proceduresFollow all safety regulations, manufacturing procedures, company policies, ISO, QSR, and FDA guidelinesQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:Minimum of 3 years hands-on manufacturing experience (preferred)Experience with assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical devicesExcellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across diverse teamsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesAdaptability to various tasks and dynamic work environmentsMedical device manufacturing experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skillsGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityWillingness to attend leadership and other relevant trainingEDUCATION:High School Diploma or GEDTake this opportunity to work with a leader in medical device manufacturing.
