Co-pack Machine Operator - Weekend Night Shift

Description Co-pack Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic sorting, cutting, shrinking, assembling, labeling and palletizing equipment that co-pack canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps package hard surface disinfectant product and operates in a clean, consistent, and safety-conscious environment. The Basics Position: Co-pack Machine Operator Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI Shift: Weekend Night Shift; Friday - Sunday 5:30PM - 5:30AM Pay: Starting rate $25.33 per hour. Additional four hours pay and $2 per hour shift premium. Make up to $31.33 per hour through training & premiums. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt. Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed. Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Attend start-up and tailgate meetings for team and company communications. Perform basic troubleshooting. This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive. What We're Looking For (Required) Basic computer skills are required. Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist. Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer. Bonus points if you have (Preferred) Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production. Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
