Core Responsibilities

As a vital clinical leader, the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse will oversee the following:

• Clinical Care: Prepare and administer medications/treatments, and transcribe physician orders to MARs with meticulous accuracy.
• Documentation & Monitoring: Maintain daily records of resident care, observations, and track conditions to report changes to the RN or DON.
• Unit Leadership: Supervise CNAs and collaborate on resident care plans to ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role of LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, candidates must possess:

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted LPN Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical procedures, and long-term care standards.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
