Maintenance Technician

Integrity Realty Group, LLC seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily portfolio. You’ll complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs to keep buildings safe, functional, and attractive. Duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, unit turns, grounds and common-area upkeep, and vendor coordination. Working closely with property management and residents, you’ll deliver prompt, courteous service that reflects our resident-first, integrity-driven culture and supports long-term community value.
