What you’ll do As aSenior StaffScrum Master, your core responsibilities will includemanaging the flow of work throughoutthe ART,assisting teamsto clear obstacles,manage risks, resolveissues,anddeliver oncommitments.You will work closely with the Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams,planning,coordinating,and executing thedeployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams. This experiencehasdemonstrated successtaking charge to align multiple teams,managingcomplex initiatives,and drivingtimely completion of ART wide commitments. Skills/Knowledge: 8+ yearsin Agile environment as a Scrum Master/Project Manager/Program Manager with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFE Advanced communication, facilitation,influencing,negotiation, team-building, and mentoring skills Self-driven and flexible teammemberwhoadaptsquickly and demonstrates ability to work well with others (diverse stakeholders and personality types) as well as independently, applying critical thinking andproblem-solvingskills Ability to be assertive, be voice of reason and authority Deepknowledge of Agile Methodology and tools with demonstrated experience leadingand facilitatingSAFeceremonies (team level and acrossteams/ART) Proven capability of effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholderexpectations effectively in a fast-paced environment Skilled in articulating options, recommendations,planning/replanning,and drivingdecisions throughoutthe delivery of work Demonstratedsuccess leadingcross functional teams to deliver multiple, concurrent releasesto productionleveraging process to drive consistency Highly effective communicator, with demonstrated success in communicating to multiple levels of stakeholdersand tailoring communications to fitaudiences Skilledin leading and delivering outcomes for continuous improvementactivitiesfocused ondriving efficiencies and speed to valueacross teams/ART Ability toestablish an environment where teams can be highly effective, supporting teamsbymanagingoutside interruptions and distractions along with addressing any team dynamicsifneeded Adept at Solution Delivery Lifecycle Management, SDP controls, and Agile Management tools (particularly JIRA Align and Confluenceas well asPower BI Dashboards). Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
