Mechanical Project EngineerWe are seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to support commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects. This role provides technical support to project managers and field teams, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with design specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesReview mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and constructabilityPrepare and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate responses with design teamsAssist with change order management and project documentationSupport quality assurance and quality control processes during installationCoordinate with project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and engineering teamsMonitor project progress and assist with job cost tracking and reportingProvide technical support to field personnel during installation and commissioningMaintain organized project records and documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering disciplineExperience supporting mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or piping projectsAbility to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and field teamsWillingness to spend time both in the office and at project sites as neededWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily office-based with periodic site visits to support active projects in the surrounding region. Some remote coordination may be required for projects located outside the immediate area.
